Vice President Kamala Harris named Governor Tim Walz as her Vice Presidential pick, and the ticket is top-notch.
The lineup is locked, the roster is stacked, and I’m proud to be part of the team striving for change.
Governor Walz is a veteran and a champion for unions. That means he knows how to uplift for what he believes in, how to fight on multiple fronts, and how to work in a team.
Governor Walz puts family first – he is a proponent for a statewide child tax credit and paid family leave. He fought and passed legislation that mandates free lunch in Minnesota schools.
He signed a bill that guarantees abortion as a constitutional right in the state of Minnesota, and he is no stranger to IVF.
We have that in common.
Gwen and Governor Walz went through seven years of IVF before welcoming their children, Hope and Gus.
If it were up to MAGA extremists like Young Kim, neither of us would be dads.
