The contrast between the two tickets couldn’t be clearer, John.
Donald Trump and JD Vance are going to look out for the bosses and billionaires, while making it even harder for working people to get by. Under another Trump presidency, we’d be playing defense against the dangerous ideas in Project 2025.1
All the progress we’ve made to protect our climate, get rid of student debt, and bolster the rights of workers and unions — it could all be lost.
Meanwhile, Tim Walz is a former public school teacher with a proven record of delivering results for working families.
During his time in office, Minnesota passed a child tax credit, paid family and medical leave, and made historic investments in public schools. Minnesota Democrats won big for working people despite narrow legislative majorities.
Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have all the momentum in this race — and an opportunity to rebuild the coalition that defeated Donald Trump in 2020.
They can do that with a pro-worker agenda, including investing in public education, lowering prescription drug prices, strengthening unions, raising the minimum wage, and by heeding the majority of voters who want a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and an arms embargo on offensive military aid to Israel.
And we’re ready to do our part too.
Between now and November, WFP and key partners plan to knock on five million doors across key swing states alongside our allies and reach voters everywhere through phones, texting, and canvasses.
But it takes time to build those plans and contact all of those voters. And with just ninety-one days until the election, we need to get started now.
We have no time to wait — it’s time for our movement to hit the streets, John.
Split a contribution between Kamala Harris and the Working Families Party’s general election fund now to fuel our ninety-day effort to turn out voters in races up and down the ballot, and block Trump and his MAGA extremists from returning to power.
