Every week there’s another horrific story that makes the news. There are countless others that are not as widely reported.  
 
Innocent men, women, and children alike are being robbed, assaulted, raped, and brutally murdered in our country by illegal immigrants – and the Democrats DO NOT CARE. 
 
Last month, in my hometown of Houston, 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray was murdered by two illegal immigrants who the Biden administration released on Alternatives to Detention (ATD) – despite their being roughly 3,000 ICE detention beds available at the time. 
 
I’m not going to let them forget Jocelyn’s name. 
 
I’m fighting to make sure this can NEVER happen again. 
 
I’ve introduced the Justice for Jocelyn Act in the U.S. Senate and I’m working to build broad support to get it passed.

The Justice for Jocelyn Act would do the following: 

• Prohibit the release of any illegal alien to ATD if there are detention beds available; 
   
• Require illegal aliens in the ATD program to be subject to GPS monitoring; 
   
• Impose curfew restrictions on illegal aliens in the ATD program; 
   
• And empower immigration officers to immediately deport illegal aliens who break any of the ATD rules, including those above. 

The Biden Border Crisis is the result of dereliction of duty unlike anything we’ve seen in our nation’s history. Joe Biden, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and the Democrats and corporate media that run cover for them have blood on their hands. 

 
I will never let up in the fight to stop this insanity and hold them accountable.
