Skagit Transit Draft Transit Development Plan Available for Comment
Skagit Transit has completed the agency's annual draft Transit Development Plan (TDP) and is open for public comment through August 21, 2024. The TDP is a visioning document for the agency to help plan for the future of Skagit Transit. As the community continues to grow, transportation services are vital to ensuring we can connect our residents to jobs and recreation in the region. Skagit Transit is committed to improving the mobility, connectivity, and sustainability of Skagit County and your input is invaluable.
The draft TDP is available on the website’s news page at www.skagittransit.org/news. You can also view or request a paper copy at one of the following locations:

Skagit Transit will hold a public hearing on the Transit Development Plan on August 21, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Burlington City Hall, 833 S Spruce St, Burlington, WA 98233, or via Zoom. The Zoom invite is available at www.skagittransit.org/events.
The public comment period is from July 19, 2024, to August 21, 2024. Comments can be submitted ahead of the public hearing to:
