It’s Mandela. This is big: Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to be her running mate.

I founded The Long Run to help support changemaking candidates who can turn out pro-democracy voters in crucial races around the country.

Tim Walz is just the person we need on the ticket with Vice President Harris to inspire even more voters to head to the polls and reject the MAGA far-right’s attacks on our democracy and our nation’s basic ideals.

So, here’s the deal. We’re going to keep shouting one thing from the rooftops: If we don’t win Wisconsin in November, we won’t win, period.

Wisconsin is my home. It’s where I and thousands of other dedicated activists have worked for years to build a movement to oppose the far-right take back offices across the state.
