Dear PFAW Member,
[ [link removed] ]Thousands of PFAW members have added their name to our petition calling
on Congress to support the postal service in next coronavirus stimulus
   package, can you join them?
The $25 billion needed to keep this crucial public service afloat during
this crisis is just 6% of the amount already allocated to support
   corporations... it's time Congress acts.
Thank you for being a part of our family of advocates. Please stay well.

[ [link removed] ]Tell Congress: During This Pandemic, Support Our Public Postal Service
   Dear PFAW Member,
The postal service is at risk of bankruptcy and isn't getting the same
level of support that big corporations are getting from the coronavirus
stimulus packages. Our postal service has helped connect the country since
our founding and we need to be able to get mail, prescriptions, and other
   essential packages in this crisis.
[ [link removed] ]Without action from Congress, USPS could run out of money as early as
June. Sign our petition demanding Congress act now!>>
Just as other essential employees in these challenging times, postal
workers need to be able to access personal protective equipment to stay
safe as they work. The cost of this, combined with the decrease in
marketing materials and other first-class mail being sent during the
crisis is quickly chipping away at the USPS's budget.
While the postal service usually operates independently from taxpayer
funds and is funded by its own sales, given the debilitating financial
crisis we are urging Congress to appropriate $25 billion to keep this
crucial part of our government running in this challenging time. Given
that Congress allocated $400 billion to bailout corporations in the last
spending package, this only seems reasonable to keep mail coming and going
   across the country.
[ [link removed] ]Can you add your name to support the postal service now?>>
Thank you for your advocacy and hoping you and your family remain well in
   these challenging times.
   In community,
   Charlie, PFAW
