More states restrict transgender youth medical care as GOP galvanizes base around issue

Did you see this headline, John? More bigoted state legislators are going after LGBTQ+ kids: over 650 anti-LGBTQ bills have been introduced this year! The bills are once again trying to rollback LGBTQ+ rights and access to healthcare, visibility in education (including bills that would forcibly out students), drag bans and so much more. It's absolutely ridiculous!

Look, we know that when LGBTQ+ candidates win, they get to work ensuring anti-trans and anti-LGBTQ bills fail. For example, a record-number of LGBTQ+ elected officials served in Michigan last year. They expanded civil rights protections AND repealed the state's 'gay panic' defense! Even one LGBTQ+ voice in a room can make a huge difference - just imagine the changes we can make when we win pro-equality majorities!
