Dear John,
With schools around the country closed to help slow the spread of COVID-19, a lot of us are home taking care of our families. It can be a lot to handle -- but we're here to help.
Families Belong Together has launched a Parent Resource Hub filled with activities for kids showing that the world works best when we all take care of each other. Among other activities, you can:
📌 Color worksheets from Coloring Without Borders, which we've made free to download.
📌 Make an origami butterfly in solidarity with migrant children in detention.
📌 Write a Families Belong Together postcard to a loved one.
📌 Download our Compassion Calendar, which includes nine pages of fun learning activities for the whole family.
📌 Download a worksheet designed by superstar musician J Balvin and renowned artist Haruki Murakami, who designed an exclusive coloring worksheet for Families Belong Together.
We've also made our curriculum designed to help children develop empathy and compassion available for free download. There are age-appropriate lessons for students from kindergarten all the way through middle school and high school, so no matter your child's age, they'll have something to learn.
We hope that while you and your loved ones are at home, these resources will be a form of connection and exploration for the kids in your life.
With hope,
Paola Luisi, Co-Director

P.S. If you like these free pages, you can order a full copy of Coloring Without Borders today and have it delivered straight to your home! Proceeds support our ongoing work to reunite separated families.
