I am proud to support Sherrod Brown’s Senate campaign.
In 2011, when Sherrod was chairing a Senate subcommittee, he invited me to testify on ways to grow the middle class.
As a law professor, I shared my insight about how families are struggling to make ends meet—often deciding between putting food on the table and paying the bills, or taking on unmanageable levels of debt.
I watched Sherrod acknowledge the pain families feel when they can barely survive. He stood up for consumers and urged the Senate to take action to protect Americans from predatory lenders.
Sherrod is a champion for working people, which is why MAGA Republicans are trying so hard to defeat Sherrod in November. This Senate race is looking like it will be one of the most expensive elections across the country.
