[1]Justice Democrats
John —
The incredible victories of AOC, Ayanna, Ilhan, and Rashida in 2018 were a
clear warning to moderate Democrats who’ve been phoning it in for years:
shape up, or be replaced.
But instead of doing what the people want — you know, actually
representing the interests of the diverse, working-class people of America
— corporate Democrats backed by the DCCC had another idea:

That’s right: instead of doing their jobs, they’re bolstering their own
defenses. They don’t want to energize voters — they only want to keep
their jobs, even if they have to stamp down on progressive campaigns to do
it. And they're raising more money than ever from corporate allies and
wealthy donors.
[ [link removed] ]This is what we’re up against. But we’ll never back down — if we can’t
beat these corporate war chests on TV, then we’ll build community by
community organizing programs instead. Can you donate

If the Democrats are going to win in 2020, then we need to do it with
overwhelmingly popular policies that energize people on the sidelines to
get to the polling booths.
And so far, the most compelling vision we’ve seen is one that includes a
Green New Deal, making the rich pay their fair share, Medicare for All,
getting corporate money out of politics, and an end to this system of mass
incarceration and deportation.
Moderate and corporate Democrats who refuse to support those policies, and
instead are taking tens of thousands of dollars from defense contractors,
private prisons, big Pharma, and Amazon are not the leaders who can
deliver that victory.
[ [link removed] ]Only a new generation of powerful leaders who reflect their
communities, speak truth to power, and fight tirelessly for working-class
voters can build the movement we need to win. Will you donate
