Our supporters were able to celebrate a double digit win in Globe!
I was VERY pleased to see that the reforms I pushed into law have made great effect in the elections last week. It took a little longer to get results, but now we have more complete results, verifiable and with ways to check how many ballots were actually received.
Counts were mandated at vote centers. No more phantom ballots being pumped into the system. THAT is a WIN!
Unfortunately, just we were celebrating wins... more issues arose for us to work on.
The crazy 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco blocked Arizona from enforcing its own laws regarding requiring proof of citizenship to vote.
With illegals flooding into our state and unethical nonprofits trying to register these people to vote, this is an existential problems for Arizona. We are appealing to SCOTUS.... and fighting to preserve our vote.
I am proud of our accomplishments for election integrity so far, but as the ruling from the "9th Circus" shows, we have more to fight... especially to prevent citizens of other countries from voting in our elections.
Allowing other countries' citizens, some of them criminals and terrorists, to vote in our elections is the ultimate form of foreign interference in our elections. It cannot stand.
