On Friday, I emailed you about the plea deal for the monsters behind 9/11 that the Biden-Harris administration was allowing to happen.
I introduced the Justice for 9/11 Act, which would nullify any plea deals made between the U.S. and terrorists at Guantanamo Bay who planned the attacks.
Over the weekend, the plea deals were revoked.
I’m glad my warning was heeded. This is a powerful example of what can happen when Americans come together and say ENOUGH.
But it’s disgraceful that the Biden-Harris administration considered a plea deal for mass murdering terrorists in the first place.
America deserves leaders committed to peace through strength — not chaos through weakness.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris should know: We will be watching this situation closely.
My bill has been introduced, and if they reverse course, I will fight to overturn any plea deal for the monsters behind 9/11.
I’m glad you’re standing with me.
In service,

Meet Tom Cotton
Tom Cotton was born and raised on his family’s cattle farm in Arkansas, served as an Army infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is fighting for working Americans in the U.S. Senate.
The tragic attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred during Tom’s final year of law school and changed his life’s trajectory.
After clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and spending a short time in private law practice, he joined the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, spending nearly five years on active duty.
Between his two combat tours he served as a platoon leader with the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, the unit responsible for military honors funerals.
Tom’s military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and Ranger Tab.
In the U.S. Senate, he’s fighting the tough battles for Arkansans and Americans, and delivering real results. He knows that only the strong can survive in a dangerous world, and he’s building a movement to make America strong again.
