Copies of the 2022 Voter's Self Defense Manual Continuing to Connect with Voters in Various Ways In years' past, the Voter's Self-Defense Manual was only accessible as a hard copy. For the first time, Vote Smart will have the 2024 VSDM available as both a hard copy AND a PDF for those wanting to print out specific pages of information to take to the voting booth. Supporters who have already donated this year will receive a hard copy and a PDF of the 2024 VSDM for free. For those who have not yet donated, Vote Smart requests $10 per hard copy and $5 for the PDF version to help cover related printing and personnel costs associated with this large scale project.
