Dear Friend,
I have a special favor to ask of you today on behalf of several brave men who are facing unjust prison sentences for crimes they didn’t commit.
I've met these men and their families. I'm worried and urgently calling for your support as our officers fight for their lives!
- Chance Bretches (Austin, TX): Facing felony charges for a 62-second arrest of a drug dealer.
- Daniel Perry (Austin, TX): Attacked by a BLM protester. He was pardoned by Texas Governor Greg Abbot but the radical left is STILL trying to throw him in prison.
- Alex Gaitan (Austin, TX): Risking 99 years for using a non-lethal Taser to control a resisting suspect, with his trial scheduled for November 18.
- Chris Taylor (Austin, TX): Charged after protecting the residents of an apartment building from the knife-wielding suspect menacing them.
- Josh Taylor and Brandon Dingman (Wilson, OK): Convicted for using non-lethal force in a misunderstood situation, now working on a NEW APPEAL.
- Jovanny Crespo (Newark, NJ): Convicted for terminating a high-speed chase. We need to appeal QUICKLY!
- Jeff Teng (Austin, TX): Navy vet, tried for controlling a riot with non-lethal means, faces trial WITHIN MONTHS. His dedication saved his city without loss of life, yet he stands trial ALONE!
- Daniel Sanchez: Facing a decade behind bars because he followed his training and defended
himself and others against a deadly threat.
I'm asking you to give $50 to put towards the defenses of these wrongly accused officers, Friend. Can you do that for them?
Gratefully,
Jim Fotis
