John,
Since his nomination as Trump's VP, a lot of things about JD Vance have come to light. It's become obvious that he's obsessed with legislating away bodily autonomy and equality. He even went so far as to double down on comments about how people without kids are "childless cat ladies" who want to "make the rest of the country miserable."
But that's just the tip of the iceberg comprised of weird things that Vance has said. But before I share, will you make a donation to support candidates who will ACTUALLY fight for LGBTQ+ rights and the right to choose? Not only would Vance hate the idea of a rainbow wave, but they'll be a firewall against his hate. Pitch in today! [[link removed]]
Here's what Vance has said about LGBTQ+ rights (so far):
Here's what Vance has said about LGBTQ+ rights (so far):
Would have voted against the Respect for Marriage Act and criticized his opponent for supporting the Equality Act;
Introduced a ban on gender-affirming care, which “includes an array of far-right, anti-transgender buzzwords and ‘bans’ a variety of medical procedures”, and would make violation a felony;
Also introduced a bill to ban “X” gender markers on passports, claiming it was “pushing far-left gender ideology”;
Infamously said “Democrats want to bring immigrants into the U.S. to turn them transgender”;
Once tweeted “I’ll stop calling people ‘groomers’ when they stop freaking out about bills that prevent the sexualization of my children";
Said that anti-discrimination laws shouldn’t cover sexual orientation or gender identity;
Opposes abortion in all circumstances, saying about exceptions for rape and incest that “two wrongs don’t make a right";
Voted against a bill that would protect access to in vitro fertilization.
It's deeply weird that he spends this much time thinking of new ways to target LGBTQ+ rights. It's weird that he really, really wants to control other people's bodies. It's weird that he can't seem to articulate a policy position that isn't based on demonizing someone else.

And more than anything else, we can't let people like him take over our government. But what we can do is elect a group of LGBTQ+ candidates who are ready to pass beneficial bills and stop bigots like Vance. Pitch in today to help them win! [[link removed]]
