August 5, 2024 – Docket No. 20002-137-EM-24 (Record No. 17650) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Black Hills Power, Inc. d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHP or Company) for authority to pass on an Energy Cost Adjustment increase of $0.00030 per kilowatt hour for all customers for the period of September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
