John,
Strengthening and improving our nation’s healthcare system has been Abigail’s priority since day one.
Throughout her first term in Congress, Abigail has been working on solutions to make prescription drugs more affordable and control premium costs. Her bill, the Public Disclosure of Drug Discounts Act, passed the House with overwhelming, unanimous support 403-0.
The events of the past several weeks reinforce what so many of us know: We need a stronger healthcare system that ensures quality, affordable healthcare for everyone.
Millions of Americans are facing simultaneous threats of unemployment and COVID-19.
During this crisis, Abigail joined colleagues in a letter urging Speaker Pelosi to consider policies that would alleviate the financial burden of high premium costs.
“In a time of enormous economic uncertainty, the American people deserve greater health and financial security, especially when it comes to health insurance costs” - Abigail Spanberger
Leaders like Abigail have never been more important to the health and safety of our communities. She is fighting for Central Virginia families, healthcare workers, and small businesses, and we need to keep her in office, doing this important work.
If you’d consider contributing to our campaign, we’d appreciate your support.
