Join me, Senator Warren, UAW’s Shawn Fain, and many more

John, have you hopped on an organizing call for Vice President Harris yet? This one might be for you!

Last week, I proudly cast my official delegate ballot to help her secure the Democratic nomination and joined a #DadsForKamala kick-off call. It’s all I can do to refrain from inflicting the #DadJokes I told, let me know if you want to hear the one about the Oxford Commalas :-)

Now I’m looking forward to participating in the Progressives for Harris call tomorrow, Monday, August 5 at 8:00 PM — and I’m hoping you can, too!

The call features an amazing lineup including Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, Working Families Party National Director Maurice Mitchell, Representative Pramila Jayapal, UAW President Shawn Fain, and so many other leaders I’m honored to fight alongside.

RSVP

I'm thrilled to join Progressives for Harris, because it’s progressive to defend women’s reproductive freedom, ensure affordable housing and protect tenants from eviction, and be a champion for working people.

Closer to home (as I told City & State when they asked about whether I was running for Mayor of New York City as a progressive) it's progressive to deliver city services well – from libraries to parks to schools to cultural institutions. It’s progressive to make sure that housing is affordable and the child care seats we promised are actually delivered. It’s progressive to make sure the subways run on time and are accessible to all. And it’s progressive to focus on ensuring quality of life across all our neighborhoods.

And of course, it’s progressive to make sure Donald Trump never gets anywhere near the White House ever again. For that, we’re going to need to build a broad, diverse coalition – which is why I’ve been thrilled to see so many different #CallsforKamala over the past couple weeks.

So, will you please sign up to join our first official Progressives for Harris call tomorrow at 8:00 PM? It would be wonderful to see you on the call.

In solidarity,

Brad
