Dear Texans,

It is no secret that Border Czar Kamala Harris is co-owner of every single failed policy put forth by the Biden-Harris administration.

Since Biden and Harris took office, the number one issue facing Americans has been the deadly Democrat-created border crisis. For the last 3.5 years, Americans have watched as this administration’s failed policies turned every community into a border community. Just last week, an illegal immigrant living in the United States shot and wounded a Texas police officer. Too many American lives have been lost at the hands of deadly fentanyl, cartel activity, and rampant human trafficking.

Since Joe Biden and Kamala Harris took office, there have been over 9.9 million illegal immigrant encounters nationwide, yet Border Czar Harris has still only visited our Southern Border once.

Rest assured, I am fighting each day in Washington to restore law and order and secure our nation. House Republicans passed H.R. 2, the strongest border bill in history, to restart construction of the border wall, increase the number of Border Patrol agents, and end deadly catch and release. Americans cannot afford to wait, but radical Democrats still refuse to act.

It’s past time the Senate and Border Czar Harris take action to secure our nation and put an end to this deadly invasion on American soil.
