With Election Day coming up fast (exactly three months from tomorrow!), I'm writing to you with what might sound like a pretty big ask: To make a recurring monthly investment in the NDRC.

I hope you’ll give me a moment to level with you about how any amount, given gradually in monthly installments starting today, has the potential to tip the scales come November and continue making a difference for election cycles to come:

As the NDRC’s Mobilization Director, I see the daily impact that grassroots donations make on our organization’s ability to fight for a fairer democracy. We’ve zeroed in on critical elections where our work will make an outsized difference to elect fair maps champions — and it’s only possible with crucial early support.

But there’s a lot more to be done in the next three months — and truth be told, we're quickly running out of time to get it all done. That’s where you come in.

The average online donation to the NDRC is about $35. By donating $12 a month starting today (when it matters most!), those contributions will add up to $36 by Election Day, and they will have an even greater impact than that same amount given right before November 5. That’s because earlier, ongoing support makes it easier to plan our investments in critical elections.
