Friend, when I was serving in Afghanistan, my humvee hit a roadside bomb and I
got set on fire.



I get it – after all that I went through I’m no Brad Pitt and the scars on my
face make some people feel uncomfortable.



But to me and my wife, my scars are evidence of my commitment to serving my
country.
