Elise Calls on Biden to Send Resources to Upstate NY Communities Impacted by Storms

This week, Elise worked with neighboring New York Republican Congressman Brandon Williams to request FEMA assistance following destructive storms in Upstate New York and the North Country last month. Elise has been in close contact with local officials in her district to ensure that the hardworking families of New York’s 21st and 22nd Congressional Districts impacted by the devastating storms from July 10th through July 16th have the resources needed to rebuild their communities.

Elise stated –

“My office has worked diligently to provide our Upstate New York and North Country communities with resources as we work to recover from the devastating storms that swept our district this month. I am now calling on the Biden-Harris Administration to issue a Presidential Emergency Declaration for the State of New York and unleash additional resources to help our NY-21 communities persevere through this tragedy and rebuild our communities.”

Elise Endorses Joe Kent in Washington’s 3rd Congressional District

On Wednesday, Elise endorsed America First candidate Joe Kent for Washington State's 3rd Congressional District.

Elise stated –

"I am proud to endorse Joe Kent for Congress to represent the people of Washington. A combat veteran, Joe is committed to securing our borders, lowering costs for working families, and bringing jobs back to America."

Joe Kent stated –

"I am honored to receive the endorsement of Chairwoman Elise Stefanik. Her leadership and commitment to our party's principles are inspiring, and I look forward to working with her to advance our shared goals. Together, we will fight to secure our borders, support working families, and bring jobs back to America."

Elise Condemns Biden-Harris Plea Deal for 9/11 Terrorists

On Thursday, Elise condemned the Biden-Harris Administration’s shameful plea deal with terrorists who orchestrated the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Elise stated –

“On September 11, 2001, as the world watched the deadliest terrorist attack in American history, the American people rallied together in support of our nation and vowed to never forget.

The Biden-Harris Administration just shattered that promise and betrayed the American people. It is sickening that the Biden-Harris Department of Justice struck a plea deal with the al-Qaeda terrorists behind these horrific terrorist attacks. From the Iranian regime, to Hamas, and now 9/11 masterminds, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris continue to placate terrorists instead of holding them accountable for the atrocities they commit. This pattern of appeasement will only lead to more violence.

The families of the nearly 3,000 Americans killed on 9/11 and thousands of first responders who died from 9/11 health related illnesses, our service members, including 10th Mountain Division Soldiers, who gave their lives to eliminate terrorists like the ones that the Biden-Harris Administration are negotiating with, and the American people deserve a President that will honor their legacy and uphold the promise to never forget.”

Elise Calls for Investigation of Harris National Security Advisor Over Ties to Iran

On Wednesday, Elise and Senator Tom Cotton (AR) sent a letter to Kamala Harris regarding her National Security Advisor’s alarming connection with a known Iranian agent. Phil Gordon, the staffer in question, had previously worked with the National Iranian American Council and was hosted as a guest speaker at their conferences. He also co-authored works with a Department of Defense official who was discovered to be part of a pro-Tehran influence network. After the letter was published, Elise sated on X –

“Kamala Harris’ National Security Advisor has concerningly close ties to a known Iranian agent within the Department of Defense and has brazenly published numerous pro-Iran opinion pieces exposing the depth of the Kamala Harris anti-Israel, pro-Iran agenda. Since last year, I have demanded accountability from the Department of Defense for allowing Iranian regime acolytes to infiltrate high level government staff. The Biden-Harris Administration policy of appeasing Iran and abandoning Israel will only worsen if Kamala Harris and her Iranian apologist staff are elevated. I am proud to join Senator Cotton to demand accountability.”
