John,
Eva Edl, 88-year-old death camp survivor and pro-life activist, faces a shocking travesty of injustice.
She is facing a U.S. prison sentence that may well end her life.
Why?
She exercised her 1st Amendment: the right to peaceful protest.
August 6th is her hearing, an urgent and final moment to protect Eva.
She stood for the sanctity of life, freedom of speech, assembly, and religion; now, we must stand for her!
Press AG Garland to protect Eva Edl! Share her petition and ensure Eva's voice is heard throughout America. Faithfully, Anna Derbyshire and the entire CitizenGO Team P.S. Communist Death Camp Survivor
Peaceful Protestor for the Unborn
Possible Eleven-Year Prison Sentence in US Penitentiary. STAND WITH EVA |

Dear John,
An 88-year-old woman, a survivor of death camps, is facing unjust U.S. imprisonment. Eva Edl, a Communist death camp survivor, is in danger of being sentenced to over a decade in an American prison. Her crime? Defending the unborn in a peaceful sit-in.
While Western Europe and the U.S. were celebrating the vast victory of WWII, she and her German-speaking family were torn from their homes by a vengeful Russian regime to the concentration camps filled with tens of thousands of German-speaking people from the Slovic nations.
Eva’s dark memories as a nine-year-old being carried away in a cattle car to the Gakovo death camp, gives her undaunted courage to defend children’s lives at the cost of her own. She recalls people standing on the side of the tracks weeping for them but doing nothing to spare their extermination. She is compelled to stand between children and their executioners because “This is what people should have done for us.”
Now, the situation is dire for Eva once again. There's only a little time remaining before her sentencing. Eva, soon to be 89, genuinely fears she will perish in prison. We cannot be like the people on the side of the tracks in Eva’s early childhood. We must stand in the way of the moving train, but it will take many thousands of us to stop the train Eva has been thrust upon for the second time in her life.
After surviving a death camp as a young girl, dying in a US prison for embodying the American principles of freedom of speech, assembly, and religion is simply unthinkable.
I want to protect Eva Edl from a prison sentence for her peaceful pro-life activism.
Let's delve into the heart of Eva's predicament - it's the FACE Act. This is the legislation that criminalizes peaceful defenders of unborn life. This incredible woman survived the horrors of a Yugoslavian death camp to face the prospect of her life ending inside of a prison in the land of the free and home of the brave. After miraculously escaping genocide, Eva made the life-or-death journey to Austria and, ultimately, the United States. Here, she was confronted with a different yet equally horrifying genocide: the killing of over a million unborn babies in American death clinics. Inspired to be different than those who would not risk their lives to save hers, Eva devoted herself to the pro-life mission. She is an inspirational figure in the rescue movement, standing up for justice and the sanctity of life.
Yes, I want to ensure that Eva Edl doesn't spend her final days in prison for defending life.
We’ve seen the negative impact of the FACE Act and the severe sentences meted out to peaceful protestors. Eva’s story is a heartbreaking example - a woman who has already lived through inhumane tyranny and facing punishment under a supposedly free government. She's using her voice and taking a stand, in the hope that her descendants will grow up in a world where every life is cherished. What happens if we cannot stop this? Eva, a brave and dedicated woman, might unfortunately die in prison. The FACE Act will remain unchanged. But if we win, if we can rally enough people to bring about change, we can save Eva from prison. In the best-case scenario, Congress will repeal this oppressive law, not just for Eva but for all who risk their liberties to defend the unborn. I hope you understand. This is urgent. We must make a stand now. We cannot stand and merely weep we MUST help Eva!
