John-

As a union family, we know we can count on each other for help when we need it the most.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact communities and families around the globe. AFGE members are on the front lines of the response continuing to deliver important services to the American people. And sadly, several have been among those who've lost their lives after contracting COVID-19.

As an AFGE community, we are here to help the families of AFGE members who have been tragically lost to this pandemic. We've created the AFGE COVID-19 Family Relief Fund to provide monetary assistance to surviving family members. The fund will provide $1,000 grants with $500 from AFGE and $500 from the Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund (FEEA) to surviving families (subject to the availability of funds).

If you're able to help, please click here to donate to the AFGE COVID-19 Family Relief Fund. With your donation, we can assist the families of AFGE members who were lost to COVID-19.

AFGE will continue to do everything we can to fight for the resources and protective equipment our members need, and to support the families of our fallen AFGE members.

Thank you for all that you do.

In solidarity,
AFGE
