I’ve found that the best way to shift my mindset from whatever anger, frustration, or anxiety I am feeling to gratitude, is praise.

It is a simple, yet powerful act that can change everything. My heart is transformed when I praise God and His faithfulness to me. Songs of praise remind me what He has done in my life and who He is to me. I’m reminded why He is worthy of my praise. He deserves it.

In the waiting, in the suffering, and in the joy - praise Him. He is worth it!
