Why Has the Biden Administration Donated Close to One Billion Dollars in "Aid" to Hamas Since the October 7 Massacre?  
Since the tragic events of October 7, 2023, when Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad launched a brutal attack on Israel, the Biden administration has allocated nearly one billion dollars in aid to Gaza ($896M), which is under Hamas' control. This aid undermines Israel, our ally, while effectively aiding and abetting Hamas and Iran.
Rep. Ronny Jackson and Israeli terror attack victims have filed a lawsuit claiming President Biden and Secretary of State Blinken "knowingly and unlawfully" sent over $1.5 billion in aid to Gaza and the West Bank. They argue this aid indirectly supports Hamas' terrorist activities. Although the Biden administration seeks to dismiss the case, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas has allowed it to proceed, noting evidence that U.S. funds continue to reach UNRWA, an organization with known Hamas ties.
FBI Director Christopher Wray has warned that the actions of Hamas could inspire a resurgence of global terrorism similar to the rise of ISIS. Meanwhile, Iran, the primary state sponsor of terrorism, continues its aggressive rhetoric against the United States. Secretary Blinken has acknowledged that Iran has advanced its nuclear capabilities, yet the administration claims to be maximizing pressure on Iran.
Why is the Biden administration providing nearly a billion dollars in "humanitarian aid" to Gaza, and what is Congress doing to address this issue?
Since October 7, the administration has allocated over $674 million through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and an additional $122 million to UNRWA. These funds, intended for humanitarian purposes, have faced criticism for indirectly supporting Hamas' terrorist activities. Reports have revealed that UNRWA staff members actively participated in the October 7 attack, prompting Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to call for their termination.
Despite the administration's claims, the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) has reported no famine in Gaza, and the food supply has increased, contradicting the narrative of a severe humanitarian crisis.
Is the Biden Administration Guilty of Paying a Jizya Protection Tax to Terrorist Entities? The Biden administration's actions regarding the release of billions to both Iran and the Taliban in Afghanistan and aid to Gaza, which I would argue equates to paying a "Jizya" protection tax to terrorist entities.
One such instance was the release of $6 billion to Iran in exchange for hostages, which deviated from the longstanding U.S. policy of not negotiating with terrorists. Another $10 billion in frozen assets was released to Iran merely to entice them back to the negotiating table for the Iran Nuclear Deal.
Furthermore, the nearly $1 billion in aid to Gaza since the October 7, 2023, massacre has indirectly supported Hamas, thereby emboldening Hamas and its backers in Iran.
These actions undermine U.S. security and position, as they appear to submit to the demands of terrorist states and organizations, effectively turning America into a submissive, dhimmitude nation—a term historically used to describe non-Muslims living under Muslim rule who pay a tax for protection.
The previous Trump administration understood this and had taken a hardline stance, cutting off aid to Palestinian territories and implementing severe sanctions on Iran, which had brought Iran to the brink of economic collapse.
One thing is for certain: we must stop taxpayer money from propping up terrorist regimes that call for the “Death of America!”
