Arizona anti-abortion group files lawsuit against abortion ballot measure

Extreme, anti-abortion groups are pulling out all the stops because they know that Arizonans are working hard to enshrine abortion access at the state level and secure our right to access abortion care.

Arizonans in every corner of the state are tired of living under an extreme ban on care that forces providers to navigate unnecessary and burdensome standards and puts lives at risk.

Bans on abortion care don’t end abortions entirely, they only limit and ban safe abortions. 

More than 823,000 Arizonans signed a petition to make sure that abortion was on the ballot this November. We’re supporting the grassroots effort to get this across the finish line.
