Friend —

In a few moments, I am going to ask you to make a donation to my re-election campaign for U.S. Senate in Minnesota. Our end-of-month fundraising deadline is next week, and I want to explain why this is such an important moment — let me start from the beginning:

My first job in Minnesota was at General Mills. My husband Archie and I moved to St. Louis Park, had two children, and found our life here. After that, I started my own business and spent my time volunteering in our community. I loved every second of it.

That’s what fueled my passion for my work with Planned Parenthood, where I championed women and their families, and it's a big part of what brought me to the United States Senate.

You see, I didn’t run for public office for fame, money, or power. I ran because I wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. And folks like you supported me because you wanted to make a difference, too.

I've spent so much of my life fighting for the people of Minnesota and folks across the country, but I have so much work left to do. So, here’s the part where I ask for your help:

Will you add a donation to our re-election campaign today? I need your support to keep our team on track and focused on all the critical work we have ahead of us. Anything you give before our end-of-month deadline would mean the world to me.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Your support makes an incredible difference for our campaign and my work for the people of Minnesota. Every dollar you give allows me to continue fighting for our values in Washington — and if we're successful in the coming months, I'll get the chance to continue our important work.

I'm very fortunate to have supporters like you I can count on. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that you're a part of this. But please, only give if you can afford to do so.

Thank you.
