Friend – the world's richest man and professional weirdo, Elon Musk, recently told The Wall Street Journal he's committing MILLIONS every month to help Trump and MAGA Republicans try to buy the election.

For the sake of our democracy, let's talk about Elon Musk and how the super rich try to buy power: These billionaires create super PACs, which allow them to accept and spend huge amounts of money to support their favorite political candidates.

The cash dumped into super PACs is often anonymous, or "dark," so folks like us may not know who is behind those mysterious attack ads or phone calls. This is a petri dish for corruption.

It's why Sherrod and Senate Democrats introduced a constitutional amendment to stop millionaires and billionaires from influencing our elections – and it's also why Republicans rejected that measure so they can continue to take dark money.

We often mention the record-setting amount of money being spent to attack Sherrod, and most of that comes from Republican super PACs led by MAGA megadonors, desperate to flip the Senate red. 

So now, you might be wondering how we fight back. $5 at a time.
