We have made so many strides in the fight for voting rights and a democracy where each vote counts.

But, one relic of a system meant to diminish the impact of Black voters is the Electoral College.

This century, we’ve had 6 Presidential elections, and in ⅓ of those races, the popular vote winner didn’t win the presidency:

That means the Electoral College subverted the will of the people and delivered an undemocratic result in 1 out of 3 elections. It’s unacceptable.

That’s why we are collecting signatures to ban the Electoral College. It’s past time we let every vote count equally regardless of where you live.
