They just released a new plan that would protect the paycheck and health care benefits of every rank-and-file worker in America.

Their proposal, the Paycheck Security Act, would cover the payroll expenses for workers making up to $90,000 per year at any company whose business has been severely impacted by this pandemic. This would not only secure the paychecks and health care benefits for millions of American workers, it would help stabilize the economy and prevent future layoffs. We’re facing a crisis, and this legislation is one way that Mark is working hard to get tangible benefits into the hands of some of the people who need them most.

With unemployment at the highest levels since the Great Depression, families across the Commonwealth and the country are struggling right now. Mark Warner understands we need bold solutions to prevent this public health crisis from turning into an economic recession.
