Team, despite over 6 in 10 Americans supporting abortion rights, Republicans are ramping up attacks nationwide like never before. 21 states have now passed abortion restrictions since Roe v. Wade was overturned, and the GOP is pouring money into getting extremists like Donald Trump, J.D. Vance, and Mark Robinson elected.

Donald Trump is ready to sign a national abortion ban into law if elected to a second term. J.D. Vance supports a nationwide ban on abortion, criticized exceptions for rape and incest, saying “two wrongs don’t make a right,” and even voted against legislation to protect IVF access. And Mark Robinson, the North Carolina gubernatorial nominee, calls it “genocide.”

Fortunately, Vice President Kamala Harris and her partners in the states, Democratic governors, are doing everything they can to combat GOP attacks and protect reproductive rights.

✅ Kamala Harris was the first Vice President to visit an abortion clinic and has championed a woman’s right to make her own choices free of political pressure.

✅ Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs signed a bill into law officially repealing the state’s 1864 abortion ban.

✅ Govs. Healey, Hochul, Kotek, Inslee, and Newsom established stockpiles of abortion medications to ensure their citizens can access the care they need.

✅ Govs. Walz, Whitmer, Lujan Grisham, and Hochul all signed legislation to codify abortion rights into state law.
