We can’t cover everything in these update emails, but we do want to provide you with a few highlights to show you what we’ve been up to recently.
As you might have seen, following the assassination attempt on President Trump on July 13, we have launched urgent investigations into the Biden Administration seeking information on DHS's actions, Secret Service resource allocations, communications among top officials, and records related to the shooter. Through these efforts, AFL aims to ensure transparency and accountability in the wake of this tragic event. More here, here, and here on these critical new investigations.
RECENT VICTORIES:
AFL Lawsuit Leads to Parental Rights Victory in New Jersey:
AFL secured a major victory for the parents of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, when the Department of Education concluded that the Cedar Grove School District violated the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA). According to the Department, the district violated the law by failing to notify parents and providing an opportunity to opt their children out of the District’s “equity” and “diversity” surveys. This decision came after AFL sued the Department for slow-walking their investigation, after sitting on the initial complaints for over a year.
RECENT LEGAL ACTIONS:
AFL Files Complaint Against CrowdStrike: AFL filed a civil rights complaint with the EEOC against CrowdStrike, alleging discrimination against white and male employees in training and promotions. AFL also sent a letter to the board of directors reminding them of their fiduciary duties and liability for wasting corporate assets and destroying shareholder value in the name of progressive virtue signaling.
AFL Fights for Election Integrity in Arizona:</> On July 16, AFL sent a letter to every county in Arizona demanding they take action to remove foreign citizens from their voter rolls. The letter threatened swift legal action if they failed to do so by July 23. Many counties have failed to take action, so AFL is working on next steps.
RECENT OVERSIGHT ACTIONS:
AFL Probes Kamala Harris’ California Record: AFL launched seven investigations into Vice President Kamala Harris' record in California, investigating potential failures in donor privacy, immigration law enforcement, equal justice, conflict of interest disclosure, and addressing misconduct evidence.
AFL Investigates Biden HHS’s Legal Attack on Whistleblower: AFL launched an investigation into the Biden Administration’s Department of Health and Human Services prosecution of Texas Children's Hospital whistleblower Dr. Eithan Haim, who exposed the hospital's false claims about ceasing to perform chemical castration and physical mutilation procedures on children.
AFL Uncovers More Evidence of Big Tech-Biden Admin Collusion: AFL uncovered documents revealing more collusion between the CDC and Facebook. These documents detail how the CDC worked directly with Facebook to censor COVID-19 and vaccine information, with Facebook seeking CDC approval for content.
