First things first: THANK YOU.

If you've been checking your emails, you know that we hit our July grassroots fundraising goal last Friday – and so the Finance Team agreed to raise our goal by another $5000. Well, I'm happy to report we not only hit that $5000 goal, but we smashed past it and raised $7094!

The campaign pros say that July is supposed to be a slow fundraising month. Ours was anything BUT. I see it with every email we send, hear it on every call I make, and feel it at every event I go to in the district. Folks are fired up about this race in a way that inspires me to keep pushing harder every day.

I sign off every email thank you for being in this fight with me as my co-pilot. In the Army, I never flew alone. And no one runs for office alone. This is a mission we take on as a team, and I couldn't ask for a damn finer one.
