James, thank you. Because of your support, we hit our July fundraising goal.

But we can’t rest now, because our next test is right around the corner: The primary is coming up on August 13, and we need to be ready to hit the ground running. Please, if you can – chip in ahead of the primary election and help us be ready.

I got into this race to make a difference, because northeast Wisconsin deserves a representative who puts us first.

It’s the same thing that pushes me every day as I treat patients: The desire to walk out of the room knowing that someone’s life is a little bit better than it was before, and that I did everything I possibly could to make it so.

That doesn’t seem to be what’s driving my Republican opponents. No matter who comes out of the primary, I’ll be up against someone focused primarily on sowing division and pursuing extreme right-wing policies that don’t help working families.

I know that the 8th District is looking for something different from that – because I hear it every day, in the conversations I have all over the district, and I see it in the enthusiasm that drives this campaign.

I’m so grateful for that enthusiasm, and the support you’ve shown these last few months. I’m asking again because the stakes are too high to lose a minute in this race: Will you chip in $5 before the primary on the 13th?
