We send a decent number of fundraising emails, and there's no way we expect anyone to contribute in response to each and every one.

But we do hope you'll donate in response to this one today.

Here's why:

Earlier this week, the Trump campaign launched its first multi-million dollar negative ad campaign targeting Kamala Harris.

This on top of a $32 million Republican super PAC ad spree in swing states across the country.

And that’s on top of the Trump campaign and RNC announcing they raised $138.7 million in the month of July.

So this is a big moment for Democrats. Because while we raised a good amount of money on our own in July, we aren't just trying to win one or two races -- we are trying to flip the House, hold the Senate, and win up and down the ballot everywhere.

There is no organization better positioned to help ensure Democrats running everywhere have the resources they need to win. But that requires lots and lots of people donating to the DNC -- often in response to emails like this. So we're asking:

Can Kamala Harris and Democrats running for office up and down the ballot count on you to contribute to the Democratic National Committee today? We will put your donation right to work electing Democrats everywhere this fall.
