August 2, 2024 Edition
I’m not sure about you, but I think I’ve had my fill of historic news headlines for the rest of the year. But I fear that this is only the beginning. In this edition, we cover yesterday’s Olympic boxing match, the consequences of the Biden-Harris administration, and incredible examples of how Georgia is fighting back.
Biological Male Competes in Women’s Boxing at the Olympics
Yesterday, what happened at the Olympics was an absolute disgrace.
Angela Carini, an Italian Olympian, was forced to compete against a biological man, Imane Khelif in a women's boxing match. Khelif was allowed to compete in women’s boxing at the Olympics despite being disqualified from the 2023 World Championships for failing to meet “gender-testing” standards. After only 46 seconds, Carini was punched so hard in the face that it may have broken her nose. She then forfeited.
After the fight, Carini said, “It hurt so much. I am heartbroken. I went to the ring to honor my father. I was told a lot of times that I was a warrior, but I preferred to stop for my health. I have never felt a punch like this.”
This is absolutely unacceptable.
Adding to the outrage, Biden and Kamala's Title IX changes took effect yesterday, making this nightmare a preview of what’s to come for girls’ sports nationwide.
Our daughters deserve fair competition, not injuries and stolen opportunities.
Frontline Releases First General Election Ad of 2024
We at Frontline see what happened at the Olympics for what it is: an injustice and the direct result of radical leftist ideology.
In response, we have released our first general election ad of 2024. This ad underscores how the radical policies fully supported by Biden and Harris pave the way for such atrocities to happen in our own nation, jeopardizing the safety and fairness of girls' sports.
Watch the video below and share it with your family and friends to show your support for saving girls’ sports:
Lt. Governor Burt Jones Announces New Special Committee
Thankfully, due to strong conservative leadership, we know what a woman is in Georgia. Yesterday, Lt. Governor Burt Jones announced the formation of the Georgia Senate Special Committee on the Protection of Women’s Sports.
In his press release, Lt. Governor Jones states, “We will not stand idly by while radical politicians, athletic associations, schools and higher education institutions push policies threatening this right. I created this committee to investigate policies athletic associations, schools, colleges, and universities have implemented regarding the protection of women’s sports. I look forward to working with Chairman Dolezal and all appointees to ensure that in Georgia, female athletes have the opportunity to compete solely against other women, at all levels.”
The members of the Committee will be:
Senator Greg Dolezal (R – Cumming), will serve as Chairman
Senator Jason Anavitarte (R – Dallas)
Senator Clint Dixon (R – Buford)
Senator Bo Hatchett (R – Cornelia)
Senator Billy Hickman (R – Statesboro)
Senator Freddie Powell Sims (D – Dawson)
Senator Sheikh Rahman (D – Lawrenceville)
Senator Blake Tillery (R – Vidalia)
We are grateful for his unwavering stand to protect women and girls in sports across our state. This should serve as an important reminder that who we elect matters. The representatives we choose to make policies on our behalf have a direct impact on our lives and the lives of our children. Without strong conservative leadership and a Republican majority in the General Assembly, our schools would look very different.
In the upcoming 2025 legislative session, we are ready to work with our conservative allies to ensure that girls’ sports, locker rooms, and bathrooms are protected. We are making this one of our top priorities and are already meeting with members of the General Assembly to put a plan in place to make sure that women and girls are protected in Georgia!
What You Need to Know About the Recent Title IX Ruling
As mentioned earlier, the Biden administration’s changes to Title IX went into effect yesterday. These changes now include gender identity and sexual orientation in the definition of "sex," meaning that schools that accept federal funding would be required to allow biological male students to use girls’ bathrooms, locker rooms, and play on girls’ sports teams.
You may remember that Attorney General Chris Carr immediately started fighting back. Georgia, along with Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and 22 other states, rightfully challenged this change.
Here's the breakdown:
A federal judge initially denied these states' request to stop the new rule.
However, the appeals court in Atlanta has temporarily paused the rule’s enforcement in these states.
This pause means the new Title IX rules will not take effect in 26 states, including Georgia, as legal battles continue.
What does this mean for you?
Schools in these 26 states won't have to comply with the new Title IX rules, for now – praise God! However, the legal fight is far from over, so continue to follow along here, on our social media [[link removed]], and on our podcast [[link removed]] to stay informed as more developments unfold.
Again, we are so grateful for strong conservative leadership in Georgia. Check out what Governor Kemp and AG Chris Carr had to say about fighting back:

Frontline Joins Project 2025
We also announced earlier this week that we are officially on the advisory board of Project 2025!
I'm sure you've heard about Project 2025 in the news. The negative press has been the latest spin by the left to fearmonger and spread misinformation. But let us set the record straight.
Project 2025 is an initiative of the Heritage Foundation, designed to build a better future for all Americans. This visionary project aims to serve as a guide for the next conservative administration, helping to undo the damage inflicted by liberal politicians and establish a comprehensive conservative agenda for our nation.
Joining a broad coalition of over 100 conservative organizations, we will help shape the project's four critical pillars: a policy agenda, personnel, training, and a 180-day playbook. While Project 2025 itself doesn't implement policies, it provides a robust framework and strategic vision to ensure the next administration is ready to lead effectively from day one.
Stay tuned for more updates on our contributions to this vital initiative, and learn more HERE [[link removed]].
