Jack, you may have seen that Indiana's chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (INORML) recently celebrated their 50th anniversary! I was honored to attend and to proclaim it INORML Day in Indiana. Check out the photos below:

It was a great celebration. I would be lying, though, if I said things are looking up in our state for cannabis users and their allies. Despite all of our neighbors seeing the light and legalizing cannabis in one way or another, Indiana remains an island of prohibition.

In Indiana, instead of veterans and Hoosiers with chronic illnesses getting the medicine they need, we turn them into criminals. Instead of people using a plant to treat their health issues, we prescribe them opioids...then put them behind bars after they become addicted.

This is personal for me. Listen to me talk to my colleagues in the Indiana House about it:

I'll be blunt: I have been a staunch advocate in the Statehouse for cannabis legalization...but I need your help to keep up the fight. I'm running in the most competitive district in the state - I only won by 265 votes last time. If my opponent wins, she'll vote to keep Indiana in the dark ages when it comes to marijuana.

If you can chip in just $4.20 right now, you'll help me continue advocating for common sense cannabis policy.
DONATE $4.20
HELP ME LEGALIZE IT!

With your help, a new chapter in Indiana is budding.
