Since the end of the 2024 Legislative Session in May, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has been working to update the state tax filing systems for taxpayer use, including updates to Minnesota tax forms.

Near final 2024 Minnesota income and business tax forms are now available on our website. 

The draft forms and instructions are for software vendor use only, to recreate substitute electronic forms.
