The CIA is very quick to make denials about who Trump’s shooter was and wasn’t. They also spoke about a top-secret mind control program that supposedly hasn’t been in play for decades.
 

But why talk about that program when no one was asking about it?
 

It obviously leads to more questions and more suspicions. Is the CIA hiding something?
