Friend, I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you.

Competitive campaigns always need tons of work and a lot of resources, and toss-up districts like ours need even more. Unlike my opponent, I can’t rely on far-right MAGA PACs, but I am so lucky that I can rely on grassroots supporters like you.

Here’s where we were two weeks ago: the NRCC had just placed a massive TV ad buy in our media market. Republicans were expressing more confidence than ever that they could drown out our message and defeat us. And we were facing down what is typically the slowest fundraising period of the year.

But this incredible team stepped up, and I am sincerely grateful.Thank you to everyone who chipped in to help us beat our July fundraising goal. Thank you to everyone who has spread the word to friends and family. Thank you to everyone who continues to read these emails, which I know aren’t exactly Shakespeare.

I am proud of how far we’ve come, but our battle isn’t over yet.

I’m fired up and ready to work my hardest every day between now and Election Day to win this race and retake the House majority. And I know that, with you and every other member of this team with me, we can get this done.

Together, we have the power to take back the House, defend our democracy, and fight for a brighter future.
