The International Olympic Committee is allowing biological men, Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-ting, to compete in the 2024 Olympics despite previously failing gender eligibility tests.
This is not only dangerous but unfair and deprives the biological women who worked their entire lives for this moment a fair shot at the gold. That's why I support legislation like the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, which ensures that biological females are not forced to compete against biological men in women's competitive sports funded through Title IX.
