Friend, Ted Cruz spoke at the Republican National Convention last month, where he once again used his platform to lie and further divide us. 

Even though you and I know that most Texans want a Senator who is more focused on what unites us than what divides us, Cruz’s speech means more attention for him and more folks to donate to his campaign.

And here's the worse news: According to FEC reports, Ted Cruz has raised more money for his campaign than any other Republican Senate candidate in the country.

We have a path to victory – I'm tied with Ted in the polls. But if I'm going to pull ahead and win in November, I need your help NOW. Not in October, not on Nov. 4th – I need your help TODAY, friend.

I don't take a dime from corporate PACs. I've gotten to this moment with the help of hundreds of thousands of grassroots donors like you. 

So please, will you chip in whatever you can now so that we can get 2,500 new donations before midnight to keep up with Ted's fundraising momentum, pull ahead in the polls, and defeat Ted Cruz in November?
