Honoring Korean War Veterans Armistice Day

This past weekend, we helped recognize 71 years since the signing of the Korean Armistice Agreement and the courage and sacrifices of our servicemembers, Korean War veterans, and Korean Augmentation to the U.S. Army who fought alongside one another for freedom.

We honor them in our commitment to an enduring U.S.-Korea alliance and peace in the region.

Fighting to Deliver Buffalo Soldiers the Recognition they Deserve

Sunday was Buffalo Soldiers Day, the 158th anniversary of the formation of the first regular U.S. Army regiments composed of Black enlisted soldiers. This is an important day to honor the legacy and service of our Buffalo Soldiers who broke barriers and defended our freedoms in uniform. Congressman Kim continues his work in Congress to pass his Buffalo Soldiers Congressional Gold Medal Act and award their incredible contributions to our nation.
