Biden's Sweeping Transgender School Rule Blocked in Most States
by Ben Johnson
The Biden-Harris administration's controversial efforts to force schools to admit men into girls' school changing areas, showers, and overnight accommodations will have no effect in the majority of U.S. states, thanks to numerous rulings made primarily by Republican-appointed judges. By the end of litigation, students in as many as 45 states may be protected from the government's attempts to shepherd through sweeping, top-down transgender regulations under the guise of historic civil rights legislation.

Secret Service Tailspin Continues: 'How Many Questions Do You Need to Ask before Somebody Gets Fired?'
by Suzanne Bowdey
"It doesn't have to be like this." That was the message James Copenhaver desperately wanted Americans to know after Thomas Crooks changed his life forever. The retired grandfather, one of the two surviving victims of the Donald Trump assassination attempt, says he's seen a lot in his 74 years. But nothing prepared him for the violence of July 13. "He's been around a long time," his attorney told reporters when James was released from the hospital on Sunday. "He's witnessed a lot take place in this country. by S.A. McCarthy
Vice President Kamala Harris is once again targeting Republican vice presidential nominee Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) and his pro-family positions, all while trying to face her own far-left political record. In a post on Wednesday, the Harris campaign's social media account, Kamala HQ, fabricated a quote which it attributed to Vance. Sharing a video interview clip from The Federalist, the Harris campaign wrote, "JD Vance says he and Trump will 'go to war against' childless people, who he calls 'sad, lonely, and pathetic...'"
