Director of Stewardship: As the lead full-time development professional at RDI, this position will be responsible for individual and institutional donor research, gift processing, stewardship, and codifying RDI’s donor processes. This position will also manage and organize fundraising (and friend-raising) events in New York, DC, and other cities across the country. Salary range: $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience.

Head Writer: The Head Writer will capture and develop RDI’s unique voice, providing an antidote to the loudest extremists that is reasoned, balanced, and punchy. This position calls for someone who can turn out multiple editorials a week, draft engaging social media posts, and grow our audience through written content. Salary range: $70,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
