Purpose: This notice advises the public that TxDOT has issued a final environmental assessment (EA) for the proposed Farm-to-Market Road (FM) 2100 improvement project, and that the final EA is available for public review. The proposed project would improve FM 2100 from Huffman-Cleveland Road to State Highway (SH) 99 in Harris County, Texas.
