About the job
As a Contracts Specialist under RCW 43.82.010, you will have statewide responsibility for a variety of real estate services. You will support the mission of the Real Estate Services (RES) division by independently conducting complex solicitations (requests for proposals) for real property. In collaboration with the State Office of Attorney General (ATG), you will resolve legal issues during the lease contract drafting process and finalize lease contracts for State Agencies, Boards, and Commissions. Additionally, you will provide facilities-related reports, analysis, and data to support the Real Estate Services Division.
