Team,
Governor Mike DeWine again proved how out of touch with Ohioans he is yesterday by calling for a redistricting plan that gives politicians the final say in who their voters are.
The same DeWine who said “I don’t think the legislature should be involved in redistricting. I don’t think the governor should be involved” is now flip flopping because he knows Ohioans will vote to end gerrymandering this November.
If you, like us, are exhausted by DeWine’s hypocrisy, rush a $5 donation to help us fight back >>>
The same Mike DeWine who himself voted to approve illegally gerrymandered maps multiple times wants to tell Ohioans they should still trust politicians to have the final say over their electorate.
We could go back and forth (no pun intended) on why DeWine did this, but the moral of the story is: he’s a hypocrite who’s misusing his power to stop us from ending the GOP’s illegal and unconstitutional gerrymandering.
Will you chip in $5 so we can take politicians out of the process once and for all and ensure Ohioans can make their voices fairly heard?
Thank you,
Ohio Democrats
Control of the House and Senate runs right through Ohio this year. Can Ohio Democrats count on you to chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can to help fuel our fight to hold on to the Senate and flip the House? →
