In April, the Biden administration finalized several rules and actions—like the Public Lands Rule and new Western Arctic protections—that build a holistic approach to conserving public lands for the benefit of people, wildlife and the climate alike. Together these rules represent a historic shift in the way our shared lands are managed, putting conservation and recreation on equal footing with development.

Without missing a beat, pro-polluter Republicans have introduced bills that would use the “Congressional Review Act” to repeal these rules and hamstring future action.

The damage to public lands and the communities that rely upon them would be catastrophic—these attacks must be rebuffed!
